Experiencia fantástica: Growing up in the Southern California pro bodybuilding scene and weight training for over 30 years at some of the best Gold and Powerhouse gyms, the last place I expected to find the absolute best gym I have ever encountered was in Leavenworth. It's almost like the owner, Jake, offers this as a public service. It has everything and more you could ever want, totally flexible hours and is never overly crowded. As you meander through this gym, it seems to have never ending separate workout rooms for whatever your heart desires. I was shocked to find saunas in the bathrooms as well. If you happen to live in Leavenworth or be visiting, it's worth the time to check out this gym and get in a great workout. I don't know why the owner charges as little as he does but I am grateful and he is offering a great service to the community. I would move to Leavenworth just to be able to continue to train here!

Experiencia fantástica: Great Gym. First thing I did when I found out our multi family vacation was going to be in Leavenworth was to look for a gym. Typically on vacation I get stuck using a small hotel gym, or some Planet Fitness type of place. This gym had everything you need for a serious workout, and the owner was great. Was able to get my 6:00am workouts done using the key card, gym was not to crowded, and those that were there working out were friendly, and took there workouts seriously. You also cannot beat the $20 rate for a week long pass. This gym is nothing fancy, but is clean, and maintained. One added benefit, the free weights are all metal with no padding or rubber covers so you get the satisfying metal to metal sound when pumping the iron.

Experiencia fantástica: Found this little gem while staying in leavenworth for a few days and got a nice workout. The place was clean with plenty of equipment and the staff was really friendly. Definitely will visit again when I'm in town.

Experiencia fantástica: Was in Leavenworth for few days, looked for a local gym this was the place to go, it is old school style but still enough to get the work done, i was able to do my 405lbs benchpress and squats, they have dumbbells that's goes all the way to 105lbs, also has towels, owner is really nice, also $5 a day pass was pretty nice.

Experiencia fantástica: This place was nice to visit while I was on vacation, and only cost $5 to utilize the facility (which has towels and a small locker room). They have all the equipment you could basically need for a vacation workout, and the owner is friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place over any of the others in the region you might be considering. Has drinking fountain and upstairs Cardio area. Might get fairly hot in the Summertime.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is awesome. I was visiting for a week so I bought a week pass. The owner is there everyday. Very friendly and kind. They have cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, squat rack, leg press, bench press, smith, basketball, racquetball. Everything you would need. I would highly recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Ine of the best old school lifting gyms in the area! If you dont like the "globo-gym" style corporate health clubs this is the spot for you! Not sure what the review on here is talking about Jake, the owner, being rude. Nicest guy out there. Very helpful, can hold a conversation, and is typically onsite if you need anything. Once you sign up you get an rfid card so you can access the facility outside of the office hours! I haven't been there on a day that's crowded and I go 5 - 6 times a week. I've lifted at hundreds of gyms and this one has all you need, even if you're training for a competition. No there are not hundreds of isolation machines but if Arnold got where he did with this equipment before the "YouTube certifications" than so can you! Also there are some rare and hard to find pieces in this place that are just fun to use. Super reasonable prices and great value for sure.

Experiencia fantástica: Old school gym but very well equipped for a small town. Decent free weights and machines. Plenty of cardio machines. Basketball and racquetball. Owner is a very nice older gentleman. Don't expect a spa. Expect an old YMCA. If you want a simple workout, this is your place.
