Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Messer Fit in June of 2022. Since then I've lost over 25 pounds and counting. But more than just the weight loss Mark has taught me about nutrition and the importance of what I put in my body. He lays it out in an easy to follow format that gave me the structure I needed to produce the results I hoped for. I'm losing fat, gaining muscle, and haven't felt this good physically for decades. I'm 60 years old and feel like I'm 40 again. Mark has been absolutely amazing to work with! Completely judgment free, extremely encouraging. He has literally celebrated every mile stone with me. He truly wants to see people improve physically so they can live a better life. I've also met some very nice people at the gym as well. Joining Messer Fit is one of the best decisions I've made in a long time!!!

Kyle and Cheslsea are just as awesome!! They have well programmed classes and all trainers I would highly recommend. This places produces great athletes. And the community....second to none!!
