Experiencia fantástica: I have so enjoyed learning about Ashtanga from top-notch instructors sharing their love for yoga. Even though I am a beginner, I have always felt graciously received and supported. The Chala is a charming studio with lots of ambiance - high ceilings, wood floors, and lots of natural light from the big windows on the second story. I like that they use eco, earth friendly cleaning solutions and essential oils.
