Experiencia fantástica: Coach Sheldon is great will push you with correct form. Gym is always clean and everybody is friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I went here because a friend invited me. Upon first glance I thought the work out would be easy, but soon found out that I was in for a ride. The instructors did an excellent job explaining what we would be doing and helped correct any bad form to prevent us from injuring ourselves. There was a great commradery amongst the people and a very diverse age range (20's - 50's), so everyone is able to do this workout! If you are like me, struggling to motivate yourself to better your health, then this may be a great start to a better you!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of Liberal Crossfit for 5 months and I can’t say enough good things about this gym. I find Sheldon to be an awesome coach! I have been a gym member for over 10 years in different settings with different coaches and I find Sheldon to be superior , He know what He is doing and is a great mentor. In this 5 months I lave learnt to rope climb, T2B and DU’S. Thanks coach Sheldon!
