All the equipment is new and easy to use, the employees are all very nice and always willing to help the people at the front Erick and Maddie always greet me every time I walk in and tell me have a good day everytime I walk out and they always try to strike a friendly positive conversation as much as they can but overall the gym is great lots of different machines to help you get a great workout in

Experiencia fantástica: So happy they finally opened! The place is a complete remodel of the 24hr fitness that was here previously, I love the new modern look and the brand new equipment and locker rooms, a real gym but doesn’t smell like a gym :)

Experiencia fantástica: The energy brought to this gym is unmatched compared to any other gym, considering I’ve been to many other commercial gyms that think there on this level. Although I did have some time getting used to the new machines, Eric and Maddie did not hesitate to introduce me into such optimal workouts allowing for a better and more convenient split.

After one gym failed me for my morning workout, I headed over to google maps for the assist and the bright Gold sign appeared! At 6 something i drove the 5 minutes and was greated with nice service, beautiful facilities and great machines. This gym was enough to convince me to move out here … monthly rates were so good .. Gahh beam me back

The machines are so unique and the employees are so nice and help me with anything I need. I’ve been helped by erick and maddie on separate occasions but both have made me feel more welcomed.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. I enjoyed working out here when 24hr fitness was there but its so much better now that Golds has taken over with a fresh new look and better equipment. Staff is amazing and super helpful. Management stays on top of any equipment faults and takes care of them right away. I recommend this gum to all my friends.

They allow people to set up cameras to shoot videos for their TikTok/ You Tube account which is quite annoying since there are a few of us who prefer not to be filmed in any way, shape or form for more serious reasons. Please see what you can do about these people and their constant obsession with themselves.

This includes personal training, group-ex and an outstanding selection of clean gym equipment. The staff is always welcoming, and their customer service is phenomenal. This gym is the best in town!

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding Gym! I went from Lifetime Fitness to this gym and I'm not looking back. The staff is awesome, in my opinion, what makes this gym better than other"big name" gyms; is that it is made for weight lifters, you will not see blocked sections of the gym reserved for private classes , the whole weight lifting and cardio floors/areas are available for me to use! That's the reason I left lifetime. Gold's doesn't have towels available though, so bring your own.

Experiencia fantástica: Super excited when Golds came to town. Its by far the best gym Ive been too. Equipment is great, the staff has always been friendly. I like the layout. They cracked down on the high school kids doing horseplay, they value their customers. Highly recommend this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s so good I had equinox membership snd john reed fitness club too but i came here and i love atmosphere plus I found all type leg machine I always was looking for it The only problem is membership is so low $40 And gym is look like school too many kids are here If you make it 100 i will be appreciate you Because most of adults I talked to them have same problems

Experiencia fantástica: SUPER NICE STAFF MADE ME CHANGE GYMS!! I found this gym by accident going to buy pre workout I told the people at the front that I was going to another gym and just needed that. They were so nice about it they still let me buy their pre workout and encouraged me to check the place out. The place is so updated, aesthetically pleasing like the gyms you see influencers practice at. Erick and Maddy in particular have been super nice to me and my boyfriend, they’ll listen to your concerns and answer every question, they don’t hesitate to help at all they should get a raise. I don’t know how they memorized my name so fast but is nice to be welcomed by name and with a smile every day, my old gym could nevaa! Anyways nothing but good vives here and no judgement at all, recommend 100%

Experiencia fantástica: This is a gem to have in little elm. All types of equipment so you don’t have to wait for anything even in peak time. Management and staff are amazing! If you are serious about lifting this is the gym for you! Just be aware there is a lot of kids that weigh 105 pounds that are constantly flexing with their shirt off so you will get a good laugh.

I came in and used a guest pass a few days ago and Erick and Maddie were very helpful. Both were extremely nice and helpful at the front desk. Erick even walked by during my workout to provide motivation and fistbump me.
