Experiencia fantástica: Nice place to learn capoeira in Tri-valley. They even have free women self-defence class！ Nice owner and great general manager! Love to talk with them! My son and his buddy joined and are taking their training there. Nice coach and friendly group. Great interaction!

Experiencia fantástica: We LOVE Arena!!! Our whole family trains here and has for about 8 years now. It has become a home away from home for us and we couldn’t be happier to be apart of such a wonderful community.

All the staff here are friendly, competent, and worthy of your trust. They provide services for veterans and a supportive environment for women to train self defense in. I highly recommend checking them out and dropping by for a class!

My kids were taught the value of self discipline, self respect, perseverance and all the characteristics I expected them to learn in martial arts. Great facility with well maintained equipment, always kept clean.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is great. I have been a member for 6 years now. Great selection of classes and times. I can go to ant class they offer every day of the week if I want. Plus I go in to use the weight room on days I don't go to a class. The instructors are all very knowledgeable. They take all skill levels at all classes. I was very out of shape when I started. I still go to the same classes but I am in much better shape now. My kids go there too. They offer wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, MMA, private training, Tai Kwon Do, cardio classes and much more. If you want to get in shape, stay in shape or prep for a fight, this is your place.
