Experiencia fantástica: I am a new student here, and new to yoga, period. The classes surprised me with their intensity, focus, the kindness and helpfulness of the instructors. I haven't sweat this much in years. Three classes in this week, and already my injured back is getting better. I'm a convert just like that!
