CrossFit^® 1440

Experiencia fantástica: I was an athlete in college and now that i'm done playing i joined CrossFit 1440 to stay in shape...or i guess get in shape!! It's a perfect combination of competition, motivation, sweat, and fun! The owner Max is a great coach and his wife Alice is as kind as can be. I was hesitant to join a CrossFit gym because you watch people on TV and their lifting unimaginable weights that would crush the rest of us but don't be intimidated!!! Max and every member of 1440 is encouraging and looking to help you and Max does a great job tailoring the workouts to your abilities. Take a risk and join CrossFit1440...you may get sweaty but you'll meet some amazing people and push yourself harder than you ever thought you could!

Experiencia fantástica: I have 2 kids, so going to a gym was complicated by childcare, but not here. My children love to accompany me to the gym, and can't wait for the next Kids Gym days.

Lots of class options to fit anyone's schedule. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, safe way to get in amazing workouts!

Experiencia fantástica: I was seeking a new workout and I found this gym through Groupon. The workout is intense but effective. I have been going for a month and I can see the changes in my body that I was unable to get at the regular gym. Will continue because I love how my body looks and how I'm finally toning up those flabby areas and it's great.

Experiencia fantástica: Great friendly small type gym. Extremely nice and kind owner and trainers. All the equipment you need to get a good sweaty workout! Have classes 5am 6am 8am 9am 10am 12-2pm 4:30pm 5:30pm and a few later in the evening. Great promotion price for the new year. Come try it!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is always so welcoming here- my first day Joe and Max introduced me to all of the members in the class. The coaches are patient and knowledgable in all the lifts/workouts - crossfit, olympic, and power lifts. I've been a member of other small box gyms and this is definitely the best one I've been to in the area. Joe always makes sure to answer any questions I have and always goes out to his way to chat with me even when he's busy. Love this place

Not only is it challenging, but it is also fun! Max is extremely knowledgeable about work outs AND nutrition! 30 pounds down and still going strong!!!
