Experiencia fantástica: I knew very little about crossfit and found this place to be an overall positive experience and welcoming regardless of your fitness level. There are a variety of classes offered every day to fit into your schedule. The coaches and the community are caring, motivating, supportive, encouraging and fun!

Experiencia fantástica: I participate in the 5am CrossFit class every morning, not only do I work out with amazing people but I also have a amazing coaches! Great environment, lots of fun people, fun workouts that push you mentally and physically. These people aren’t just my friends, I consider some of them my family! I don’t know what I would do without this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in. Sits across the parking lot from the other Extreme gym in a very nice facility. Kind people with plenty of newer equipment. Would recommend and will return the next time I am in town.
