All the trainers are 100% devoted to encouraging and promoting wellness and health for all their clients. The classes are fun, spontaneous and always changing . In never bored when I work out here. Cross Fit is a bit more intense than your typical gym membership class, your first 2 classes will probably knock you on your butt, but don't give up, you will feel amazing by your 3rd!
