Jake guides you through an intense workout and his expertise leaves you confident in your ability to power up and make gains! The gym is clean and the environment is accepting and nonjudgmental. I felt right at home with people I was meeting for the first time. I have been involved in fitness and resistance training for 18 years and am hooked after 1 class.
