Experiencia fantástica: I became an F45-er three years ago in Seattle and it has been one of the best things I have ever done for my fitness. Before F45, I would find myself getting bored and in a rut trying to workout on my own. But with this program, I am continually challenged and there is a good amount of variety among exercises and muscle groups to go 5+ days a week without feeling burnt out. When I moved to Boise, one of the first things I did was search where the nearest F45 studio was and was so lucky it was Meridian South! Liz and the other coaches are outstanding and it is a great community to be a part of!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a gym that will maximize your time and give you a sense of community, this is for you! I did my week trial and was hooked from day 1. It was brutal and fantastic all at once! I don't have to worry about setting up weights or thinking about what I'm going to do each day. Everything is laid out for me, I'm in-and-out and staff is awesome. Thanx for making me feel welcomed!
