Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful to have found such a good fit for my fitness journey at Primal Fit. To be given the opportunity to work out with others yet get individual attention from an enthusiastic, knowledgeable trainer is a winning combination for me. I was expecting to get in shape physically and haven't been disappointed. What I wasn't anticipating, however, was how much the challenging workouts, accountability, encouraging words and sense of community would positively carry over into other areas of my daily life. A renewed sense of discipline, accomplishment and joy follow me each time I walk out the door after a workout. Keep up the good work, Matt and crew! Your commitment to each one of us individually and as a group is genuine and greatly appreciated.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been part of Matt Pack's online coaching community since June 2020. In 4 months I have lost 41lbs and gained confidence and a better quality of life. The beauty of this program is that it is not sold as a quick fix...many quick fix "diet" programs are great at getting weight off fast but do not teach you how to maintain the loss. The tools that Matt gives in this program are tools that I will use for LIFE. While the weight loss has been great, the focus of Primal Fit is on overall health! The weightloss is a huge bonus. I haven't felt this great in YEARS.

It doesn't matter what your starting point is, you are welcomed into this "family" immediately. And what's more amazing is the support you receive from your fellow attendees too. Matt facilitates an incredibly supportive environment that makes it possible for you to achieve your Target, and make you successful despite the hurdles both mentally, emotionally and physically. This is an experience and service unlike anything else you have experienced and it works! This isn't a "gym" or a fad. Matt's passion is about helping others transform their thinking and their lives, and doesn't give up on you. He truly cares and is very supportive. The results achieved by so many, and their respect for Matt and his approach, speak for themselves.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had a pleasure attending small group training and personal training at Primal Fit Miami for 4-5 months. You feel like a part of family there. Matt and Billy truly care about you reaching your fitness and health goals. Despite of my existing knee injury, they always modified exercises to make sure I feel comfortable with it . They are very responsive even outside the gym and super motivating. I loved it so much that even brought my friend to the program. Sadly, due to personal circumstances, I had to leave the gym , but I highly recommend it to everyone !????

Matt is a very supportive, and knowledgeable coach and those two traits are exactly what is needed when you enter your fitness journey to get healthy. I lost thirty pounds in six weeks while working with Matt. My energy level is higher; and my head feels cleaner. Plus, that experience taught me what I needed to know to move forward. Highly recommend working with Matt and Primal Fit!
