Experiencia fantástica: I was so sad to leave a yoga studio when I had to leave west coast. The first thing I did when I settled down in this town was trying out all yoga studio around here. Although I have been practicing yoga over 10 years, I was not up to hot yoga. After some free trial classes they offered (yeah, you should check it out their website), I was certain this studio was the ONE even though I was not a big fun of hot yoga! I think instructors are knowledgeable and super nice. I enjoy each sessions and definitely see the difference mentally and physically after a couple of months. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an incredible studio!! It’s more than the flows. It’s everyone around you while in that flow. The encouragement & push that is given. Community & friendships. You leave this space feeling like a million bucks!!

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I start?? I absolutely love this yoga studio. The teachers are amazing and the prices are so good compared to Dallas studios. I have things I like about each teacher and there is a good variety of class times. I have grown so much in my practice here. They challenge you but it's not a problem on the days when I need to slow down. Tonia (the owner) is very responsive and I appreciate all the effort she invests into this studio.
