Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a gym with top quality equipment as well as a supportive group of people to train with I would highly recommend Midwest. Not only are you getting the best equipment around but you are getting a community that is supportive and motivational. Even if you are new to lifting, the people there will take the time to make sure you feel comfortable and welcomed at the gym. I can not say enough good things about this gym. Cooper, the owner, is also very active in making sure the members are feeling welcomed as well!

Experiencia fantástica: I live in Hawaii and travel a lot for work but when I’m in Milwaukee, this is the gym I go to. It’s a smaller gym but they have great equipment especially for power lifters. The people who train there are great as well. All good and positive vibes every time I been there. I also love accessible it is because you can go into the gym by using a code and not having the staff to be there. For someone as busy as me, I just wanna get in and get out. Speaking of staff, I’ve had the opportunity of meeting the owner. He’s very professional and friendly. He’s also a competitive power lifter and knows his stuff! You can tell that he really thought about what was needed for powerlifters in the Milwaukee area. I believe people who run businesses should also be well in the know or have experience in the industry personally for themselves about the business they run and he is just that. I’m definitely coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: One the best environments for buildings strength in all of WI. The patrons here are very welcoming and encourage new people to join in the quest for gains. Fantastic equipment, kilo plates, conversation racks, heavy dumbbells, etc. Coop is a very caring & cleanly owner. I would recommend Midwest to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Midwest Power Gym is THE strength gym in Milwaukee. The different bars, racks, and weights are PRISTINE! And the options of chains, bands, grips, etc. let you switch things up. Another major perk is the fun and friendly community. Many of the lifters here are willing to give you a spot or advice, and in general are just some dope people. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced lifter, this place has exactly what you need (and some extras) for building strength and power.
