Experiencia fantástica: Professional atmosphere. This is NOT for those not totally dedicated to a sport in my opinion. Over a month into training 3-4 days a week my son has increased his speed and agility on the field. He’s hitting with more power and has gained over 5mph on his fastball. One of the biggest differences I notice is how the confidence in his abilities has changed. Both the PT and Training staff is amazing and keeps the workouts effective and efficient (not a lot of breaks and wasted time).

Experiencia fantástica: Great Gym for low cost. This gym is better than other gyms around the area in my opinion, people are friendly and they do help you out with a lot here. Really good and friendly gym.
