Experiencia fantástica: A year ago, I began my journey to a healthier me and joined Karma hoping to get into a consistent workout routine. What I got was so much more. I learned about nutrition while also getting challenging workouts. The instructors keep changing their workouts so you are always doing something different. I have been and continue to be inspired by everyone at Karma. It's become my extended family and because of that it holds me accountable and ensures I get there five days a week! I am a better me for being a member here.

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked out in many gyms since 1984 and Karma is by far my favorite. I have been a member for over a year and and it felt like home right away. Maria the owner and her amazing instructors make everyone feel part of the group and they motivate us with their rocking music and great instruction. We laugh in between grunts and sets and best of all get major results without injury. I have muscle definition and feel great!!! What more can I want. Highly recommend!

You will be motivated and inspired by all of the different people that come to these classes. It is truly the best place to go! I would give 100 stars if I could.

Maria is your girl! Maria's guidance, everlasting smile and motivation are top notch! She will modify any exercise for you personally while making sure you work to your maximum capability. Karma Fitness has become part of my daily routine. It has allowed me to get stronger both physically and mentally, healthier and an extra bonus of connecting to an eclectic bunch of people while taking a mere 45 minutes out of my day. Give it a try!
