The facilities and teaching methods are perfect for helping beginners learn how proper alignment should feel - teachers assist with props and instructions so that students are at ease and can learn safely. I work as a massage therapist and I refer my clients to Inner Life when they have structural discomfort that can be remedied by strengthening and therapeutic yoga. I feel confident in the knowledge that the instructors have of physiology and kinesiology and I know that I am putting my clients in good care. As with the rest of us, the staff has had to make changes to deal with safety concerns regarding COVID and so they offer virtual classes to help make up for the smaller allowable in-person classes. Kim's teaching methods translate well to this and her instructions and observations are clear and easy to follow. She seems to be able to balance helping everyone in the virtual meetings and the present students with relative ease.
