Experiencia fantástica: V7 is a superior gym, The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and professional. When I first moved to Moscow I did not know any one and V7 and its members became a home away from home. This gym really caters to individuals that really want to commit themselves to JiuJitsu and MMA and strongly encourages its students to not just train frequently but also compete and test their skills. I cant recommend this place enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about this gym. My kids have been taking classes for the last 6 years. They have done every class available and loved them all. The instructors are awesome with all age groups. This gym is an extended family with both the instructors and members. I have been taking the adult fitness classes for the past few months and it has been awesome. The instructors can modify any exercise for any fitness level. Everyone is welcoming regardless of abilities. I can't recommend V7 enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2009, and have been at V7 Martial Arts since it’s grand opening in 2016. The instruction from Nicolae Curry, and all the staff here is top notch. They bring the kind of experience, knowledge and compassion that make you feel grateful to train every day. There is a place for everyone here, and a wealth of martial arts & fitness instruction that is hard to find. I am so blessed to call V7 Martial Arts my home. Oss!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My sons and I started training here a few years ago. This gym has really become a part of the family. The instructors are all accomplished and amazing. Such a friendly atmosphere and a place where my children have learned how to take care of themselves and are encouraged to have fun while improving in all aspects of life. I couldn’t recommend a better place to start your journey!!
