Experiencia fantástica: Great club, great staff. I highly recommend it over other gyms in Manchester. The staff has always been super helpful with minor or big questions. If you are looking for the full gym experience give this place a try.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. Never had to wait for equipment. I am just getting back into weight lifting and was nervous about being a beginner, so I did the free trial (no credit card, no hassle) and the free training session with Shane. For the training session he worked with me on what I wanted to and he was very helpful and supportive. The owner Eric is also very friendly and helpful and answered all of my membership questions (I think I had a million). The gym itself has everything you could need. I went usually somewhere between 12-3pm and it was never crowded. No mask shaming, no not mask shaming, and other gym goers were courteous. There were all sorts of different people there so I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Definitely a great gym to join if you’re looking for something in Nashua. I highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: Good gym overall. Frequent issues with the Sauna (works maybe 50% of the time and not getting fixed) is why I'm giving a 3 for now. Correction. Management has been very responsive and addressed concerns. Bumping this back up.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm moving out of state I've been with the gym for 10 years or more. I find the staff friendly And instructors are well trained and ready to help you with anything you may ask. I've enjoyed my time at the gym. I just hope I can find another gym that is as clean and as helpful as this one.
