When she became my trainer she met me right where I was and provided workouts to target all the right areas. The Drip Den gives great vibes and offers great community and connection for the Queens and Kings.

Experiencia fantástica: Koko is a licensed nurse & I have severe asthma. She is able to customize my workout specific to my needs to contour my body as needed without overworking my lungs. She is very thorough, & customizes each and every work out based on clients weight loss and fitness needs. My husband and I do couples training and she created a custom workout for both of us. I truly enjoy our workouts, it is nothing like it. 5 stars hands down.
