Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for a class and was immediately welcomed by Chad and his members. Great space, great people, tough workout. The place is HUGE and has everything you could imagine. After the workout we talked programming and learned their philosophy of putting an emphasis on strength as that’s typically where people need the most help. Just a great bunch of people. All ages, genders, levels of fitness were well represented. Now stop reading and GO to CF Oak Ridge!
