Way Of Life Boot Camp

Experiencia fantástica: Way of Life is truly an amazing place! I have gained strength, built muscle, and burnt fat during my time there. But the best part is that it is about so much more than fitness. They take a mind, body, & spirit approach. I have gotten mindset coaching, been privileged to participate in outreach events to support the community, and grown so much as a person. The coaches are so incredibly uplifting and supportive... you know they truly care about you! I have gained confidence, joy, and an overwhelming sense of gratitude because of Way of Life!

Experiencia fantástica: I've tried quick fixes, fad diets, and Groupon hoping to different memeberahips. I was the very 1st member at 6AM when they opened, came in on an insane deal, but 5 years later I'm still here. I made new friends, my family joined me, and now we are all active together. Our quality of life increased and we became more adventurous. I've seen people come and go, some have returned while others stayed with me since the beginning. Witnessing the change in people's lives and bodies, the relationships built is inspiring. We connect with others in the community, and although we don't always work out together we have a way of blending our lives outside of the BootCamp walls. It really has become an extended family #WayOfLife. It's not a goal or a weight or how I fit in my jeans. It's the people and welcoming vibe that keeps me coming back! Thanks guys
