F45 Training Clearwater

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to a few different F45 locations and this one stands out for sure. The music was BUMPING. Definitely never been to a gym where you can actually feel the music. The trainers had high energy and were great about Mod-ups, (modifying exercises either up or down) and individual member encouragement. Tyler, the head trainer introduced himself to my husband and I personally and was super friendly. Overall, you can expect to get a great F45 workout in a supportive, high energy environment. Gym was large for an F45 gym - lots of space, clean and had plenty of equipment. Never felt overly crowded.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this gym! Super fun and enjoyable atmosphere.Great energy from the coaches and very thorough with the breakdown of movements. The Workouts can be super challenging but truly rewarding. I would say my favorite part of this gym is the sense of community and how people are continuously rooting for one another, having each-other’s backs and truly wanting the best for them. Definitely keeps me coming back everyday.

Experiencia fantástica: F45 is by far the best gym I've been a member of! The work outs are always changing and keeping things interesting. Coach Tyler and his team are truly motivating before, during, and after each workout! It's a fun team environment. I've been going to F45 classes for two years now and still have no desire to change it up. I've tried it all too including cross fit and would typically get bored after a few months. F45 keeps you going and motivated! Highly recommend it to any and all fitness levels! Go F45!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved into the area and for the last several months I’ve been searching for a new fitness studio. Having come from a very strong fitness community in California I knew what I was looking for. It had to be fun, challenging, have a strong sense of community and last but not least pump those jams. This studio hit all the markers. Great workout, excellent coaches and without a doubt a strong community that lifts you up and motivates you.
