Experiencia fantástica: I have had David as a CrossFit coach for a few years now, and I've never had a better CF coach. This is an awesome facility with a comfortable environment, an exceptional setup for a CrossFit box, and David and Emily are amazing people who take the time to treat their clients as though they are most important thing going on in their lives. One feels like family talking to them. I would recommend Refuge CrossFit to anyone who is looking for a new box or who is just starting CrossFit and still a little nervous about getting into it.
