I've been fortunate to train here for 3.5 years and have been glad to see it evolve into a collaborative space offering CrossFit, Functional Range Conditioning, Kinstretch, nutrition, and chiropractic neurology. I can't say enough good things about the Miners Town crew that helped me recover from a multi-year string of injuries (shout out to Ben and Jake!).
