Experiencia fantástica: Michele, the owner, has clearly been in the fitness industry for years. She is professional, encouraging, and knows how to help me modify if a class is a bit too difficult. Board 30 is a fast fun workout. I also do private Gyrotonics and Pilates with her. Michele watches me constantly to be certain my form is spot on. It is important to her that I do each exercise correctly to get the maximum benefit from my workout. Gyrotonics is magic for my beat up body!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for a class while in Park City for a wedding and was not disappointed! Michelle taught the class and we managed to get everything worked out in just 30 minutes. Loved the concept and hope to see a Board30 in Kentucky soon!
