Experiencia fantástica: The hot flow class was one of the best classes I've taken while traveling. I left feeling energized, challenged, and ready to take on my day in Park City. My husband and I took the gentle yoga class as well and learned new breathing techniques to take into our daily lives. I highly recommend incorporating this studio into your visit, or if you're a local, you're lucky to have them. Namaste ????????

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this studio! Misty's classes are my favorite. As a former Bikram practitioner I've found this class to be the most similar and the hottest. Definitely the hottest place in town!! And the community is a nice mix of local people with some visitors scattered in. The studio is very warm and welcoming.
