Experiencia fantástica: I love working out at this gym and am so glad I decided to give CrossFit a shot! The coaches are so supportive and great at teaching you proper technique. The people are also energetic and fun - I look forward to seeing them in the mornings. Recommend this place to anyone!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great People & Great Owners! Last Saturday the City of Payson was to host the annual Turkey Trot 5k event, but cancelled it last minute (the day before the event). These fine folks at Rim Country CrossFit decided to invite anyone in the community to a free Turkey Trot event at their location in Star Valley. I was really impressed with all that they did for this event and for our community. The event was fun, there were snacks and drinks at the finish line, and they even gave out some prizes to some of the top finishers. Wow, they really went all out IMHO. They paid for it all. Thank you guys for your great service to your community!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am new to CrossFit and wasn’t sure what to expect, but the coaches have been great to work with here. No matter what fitness level you’re at, they’re there to help you along and teach you the proper mechanics. I also really like the encouraging and fun atmosphere at this gym...for me it makes all the difference!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing!! Hands down the BEST gym in town! They take the time to show you how to do the different exercises. I was brand new to CrossFit and nervous about trying it, this gym makes you feel like family from day 1 and all nervousness went away! I will always recommend this gym, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Much love!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love working out here! The community in the gym is awesome and supportive! I love how the trainers pay special attention to my form and technique make sure I am less likely for injury. My home away from home.
