Experiencia fantástica: Can not say enough good things about the owner and the coaches! Workouts are tailored to you to ensure you build in strength. I was overcoming a few lingering injuries and I feel better (stronger) every day. The gym is very clean and the whole atmosphere is positivity and professionalism. Worth every penny! Thank you guys!

The one on one training has made a huge difference in the effectiveness of my workouts and I love only commiting to 2 days a week for 20 min sessions. The owner Jan goes above and beyond, very personable and an awesome coach! Yes, it is more expensive than a traditional gym, but trust me, you get what you pay for
