Experiencia fantástica: Both Brian and Zach ( owners) Are two of the most educated, friendly and motivating trainers I’ve ever known. Everyone in the studio is so positive and supportive! You won’t be disappointed working out. In addition to Brian and Zach , you’ve got Brian E, Gino and Matt who are just as Incredible and supportive! This entire studio has such a following. And why? Because the genuinely care and you see results! They have all become family.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean, friendly gym with a great atmosphere and a great set of trainers.. Meal plans and motivation.. Great equipment (Rogue) too! If you are looking for something other than the big gyms where you are a number or they require a ton of money for limited results - check these guys out. Been going for 6+ years and I'm in the best shape of my life.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to True Results for over a year and I’ve seen major results. Zach and Brian are awesome trainers who work me hard but we have fun doing it. I actually look forward to my workouts. It’s nice to have a trainer that cares about my health and getting results. Even when I’m traveling I get sent a workout, Zach checks on me to make sure I’m not overindulging and that my workouts are going well. I don’t know of another gym that cares that much. I highly recommend this gym and any of their trainers….much better than the big gyms!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Zach for many years. The workouts they provide are awesome. I workout on my own but don’t push myself as hard as I do when I’m at the gym. I moved away for a few years but when I came back I joined up with the gym again. The atmosphere is fun and the trainers are excellent. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking at losing weight, getting toned, building muscle. They know their stuff and you always leave there feeling like you got the job done. I love the new format.

Experiencia fantástica: I have NEVER enjoyed working out. I'd rather lounge around eating snacks, drinking a glass of wine, and watching my favorite shows. Zach and Brian from True Results CHANGED MY LIFE! They keep me motivated, have a variety of amazing results-oriented routines, and they keep everyone smiling during the workouts. They even set up a daily menu for me - making eating healthy... FUN! I would recommend these guys to everyone no matter if you're a beginner or a life long fitness nut - the BEST!
