Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful place to workout . They have so many timings which is best part so that you get to workout on your flexible schedule. Coach blyth and glen are wonderful they make sure we workout on a comfortable weight and they keep checking for posture because we are not hurting by wrong posture. Place is very clean . They also have kids classes teen classes for who wants to enroll their kids . I recommend this place highly its completely safe place .feel like working out in home .I would like to add coach al (aloysious) who coaches 6.15 am class he is also one of the best coaches in the gym .blyth had made a very good choice in choosing her coaches . And her workout plans always has a core workout and I love that .this is best place .

Experiencia fantástica: I started my CF journey in October and my initial goal was to check out a few Crossfit Gyms before signing up so I could get a feel for the culture, the people, coaches, etc. Well, after my first session, I just knew this was the place for me. The members were so welcoming, and the coaching was fantastic. Coach Blythe (who is also the owner) was very helpful, and took time to make sure form was correct, and the body was warm before doing the workout. Since then, Blythe has been beyond helpful and amazing to not only myself but my wife too. She has helped us both lean up, gain confidence and improve our CF ability. The gym is not the biggest, but there are plenty of classes so you always feel welcomed, and never too crowded. Our family is so addicted to this gym, the people and the professionalism, so glad we found this little gem in Pflugerville. We are blessed to have crossed paths with Blythe and the 3-Strand family. If you want a family atmosphere, great instruction, and motivation, 3-Strands is right for you.
