CrossFit^® Prescott / Drive Rx Prescribed Fitness

Experiencia fantástica: This is an amazing gym and the trainers are the best! They have programs that challenge every age and level of fitness. The trainers focus on correct technique and bringing out the best in each person. Although I am a 67-year-old who had never really worked out before, I feel supported and encouraged. I am so much stronger and more fit than I was six months ago, and my only regret is that I didn’t join years ago.

I have never read anything that was more UNTRUE than "her" comments and accusations in reference to DriveRx/Prescott Crossfit! Shame on you Ms. Ward!] I have been a member of Drive Rx/Prescott Crossfit for quite awhile now and still enjoy training at the aforementioned facility every time I go there. Joey and Andrea Powell are superb trainers and two of the most wonderful and welcoming people I have ever met. Wether you are young or old, in great shape or just trying to get into shape, recovering from an injury or working to overcome a disability, or just working towards your own personal fitness goal, they can accommodate your needs. Drive Rx/Prescott Crossfit is truly a professional training/gym facility and is second to none!

Experiencia fantástica: You will not get better training. Veteran and Strong Woman ran, family owned, proven in the field. Colleges send their athletes here. Men and women enlistees wanting to make sure they perform at their absolute best train here. Next time you're with your trainer, ask them if they've ever done a TED talk. Mine has. Joey and Andrea are the best at what they do. And what they do is help people who did not know they could help themselves (with some course corrections).

Experiencia fantástica: This is like no other gym you could ever experience. I've become stronger than ever in every aspect. Mind, body and soul. If you're looking to not only change your body, but your mind and everything that encompasses becoming a better human. You have to come to Crossfit Prescott/ Drive RX. I will be forever grateful for the amazing humans that own this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent gym! Great setup with a broad diversity of equipment. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Joey has a great disposition and was fun to take instruction from. The gym members were kind and a pleasure to suffer with. Next time I’m in town I will definitely return.
