CrossFit^® Prescott Valley

Experiencia fantástica: I have a little over 3 years of CrossFit experience but I’ve always been nervous to drop into a gym. This has been the first gym I’ve ever dropped into outside of my own and I LOVED it. The gym is amazing and the coaches are awesome and very welcoming. It’s clean and organized and everyone is very friendly. I couldn’t recommend it enough, and it was a wonderful experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Great crossfit gym, exceptional coaches and great clients! They walk you through each movement and ensure that you are doing them properly before adding weight. They scale each movement to fit your current ability and push you to get better! Best yet, they celebrate your successes and at any level cheer you on! Great community :)

Experiencia fantástica: Oh, I am so delighted to have found CrossFit Prescott Valley. I was searching for a fitness trainer to help me re-build after cancer treatment (as that is what I had always done).. I signed up for a free no-sweat introduction and met Irene Smith. I was sold by the end of the 30-minutes. Being a member here would allow me to have a trainer/coach at every class, learning new techniques, plus being able to modify each workout as I rebuilt my strength was invaluable. The people are lots of fun, very welcoming and it's like a big, happy family! I hadn't tried CrossFit in the past, but, I'm never going back to a regular gym!! CrossFit for life, baby! :) Thank you CrossFit Prescott Valley family!

Experiencia fantástica: Love CFPV! Everyone that goes there is super friendly and helpful. The coaches are all amazing and take their time to ensure that our safety (posture, form, over doing something) is above all before EVERY workout EVERY day. Love that. The classes have limited spots so it's never too crowded and their apps system is amazing! Highly recommend for ALL people. Literally ALL people :)
