Experiencia fantástica: I've done two workouts here so far, and I'm really impressed with this gym! The community of people is so welcoming and friendly, and I feel like I fit right in. The workouts were challenging enough but not too much to where I felt regrettably sore. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: There’s nothing like the community I’ve found here at DDSC. I started coming here a few years ago so I could get in shape and discovered a supportive community with excellent coaches, great programming of workouts, and the best people to share this journey with. I love the variety of classes (functional fitness, Bootcamp, yoga, and lifting). I always know that if I’m having a good day or a bad day this is the place I want to be!
