Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym!!! The place is clean and the staff take great sanitation precautions. The workouts are killer (in a good way) that works your whole body and get your sweat. This place is great for the young to old, super fit to those getting into things, and first timers. What's the best here are the Coaches!!! Coach Jeff is the best hype man!!! Coach Liz is so motivating!!! Coach Elizabeth is fun!!! Coach James is very knowledgeable!!! They are all very energetic, friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating. Everyone that goes there just adds more fun to working out!!! I've been to other gyms with similar concepts of FBBC, but this place out shined them all!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym and would highly recommend it! The coaches are absolutely wonderful! They are very motivated to help people meet their goals, and are always willing to help, or offer guidance. The workouts are intense and are designed to target different muscle groups each day, which helps keeps things fun and challenging. Finally, the overall support from gym family has been fantastic. Not only has it been rewarding to reach my goals, it has also been fun watching others achieve their goals. The overall positive environment has made me become a member and never want to leave!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best experiences I have had. I tried working out at home and spent a ton of money on gyms, with no results. Mostly because I lack self motivation. At fit body boot camp they are constantly motivating you and they don’t let you quit on yourself. They tell you to remember why you are there and to push a little harder. Highly recommend this place. The workouts are tough but extremely satisfying and worth every second.

Experiencia fantástica: What does Rancho Cordova Fit Body Bootcamp mean to me? I can say without a doubt it’s my extended family. The atmosphere, members and can’t forget our amazing coaches. They truly care about each and everyone of us. My 6am crew pushes every morning and we work hard together as a group. Everyone motivates each other. I love the music and typically you will find me dancing ???? I recommend you stop by… check it out and you will not be disappointed at all!
