Experiencia fantástica: This is a welcoming place. You should, from my understanding, want to work out and better yourself physically, to the best of your abilities. Here, you are met perfectly, where your abilities and limitations are. Unfortunately, I have plenty of limitation, but I was, and am regularly, met right where I need to be met!

Experiencia fantástica: On the first day I walked into Riverside Health and Fitness I knew this was different than any other gym. They took time to learn about me and my fitness needs. They created a custom workout that I was challenged by but not beat up after my workout. I wanted a place I could get into shape but also feel welcome as someone over 50 years old. I am thankful to call Riverside Health and Fitness my Gym and to call Kenny my personal trainer.
