Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here since October 2021 and since then I've lost 17 lbs and am stronger than ever. This studio has a well rounded group of instructors and just as well rounded of a curriculum/selection of classes. When you join VFS you don't just join a pole studio, you join a family. I go here 5 days a week, sometimes 6 and I can't get enough of it! The owners are the sweetest people ever and every member is a gem. Give it a try, you won't regret it!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Vertical Fitness Studio is life changing!! I started here in June 2021 and I have absolutely fallen in love with the classes, and staff. I went into this completely out of shape and wanting to lose weight, and along with losing weight I have build confidence, strength like I never thought I could have, and some amazing friendships. When you join vertical fitness studio you are joining a family, who will encourage you and help you achieve your goals. All of the classes are wonderful for all shapes, and sizes!!
