Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym. Amazing staff. Has the feel of an old school gym while having the comfort of a "big box" gym. Fitness from beginner-> average joe -> elite. They offer silver sneaker as well as a variety of classes. The only gym I have ever been where the owners themselves will welcome you at the desk.

Experiencia fantástica: Always good. Love Tony my personal trainer. And he is also my Balance class and Synergy instructor. Diane my Silver Sneakers instructor salways varies our classes. I always say..." we sweat like Warthogs ". Both of these instructors push us to be the best we can. I love the socialization aspect of the classes also. I am very happy with the service es at Copper Fitness
