The 2BFit gals are fabulous too, full of energy, engaging workouts and genuinely care. You feel more like a friend than a client/member. Keep up the great work guys and gals!

Experiencia fantástica: My boys love it here. My 4 year old is in kickboxing and my 9 year old is in JiuJitsu. The 9 year old also just completed the MMA day camp. They both have improved form and confidence. The staff and other students are very friendly and welcoming. Kids today can be brutal. The game has changed since we were kids. Gone are the days of a "fair fight." Gang attacks and kicks to the head while down are glorified on social media. I felt it was my duty as a parent to prepare my boys for self defense. The program also prepares kids on dealing with bullies verbally and only fighting as the last option. The kids enjoy their time here and we enjoy their time away from video games. They teach adults as well and there's a small, but complete gym for use by members. The first student will cost you, but each additional family member is discounted significantly. I recommend this place.
