Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been doing FBB on and off for 4 years. The quality of their product just continually gets better every time I comeback to it. It’s really amazing how they’re constantly improving their programming. I’m currently doing the Persist PUMP online track and I’m really impressed with the workouts. I can honestly say they’re fun and I look forward to them. For the price I think it’s the best programming in the world for someone looking to get in great shape and stay healthy. I worked 1 on 1 with Shanna as well and she is such a great person! Always changing my workouts based off what I needed or asked for. I visited the individual gym once and Marcus took the time to come say hi and introduce himself. He also has individually responded to my emails in the past. That shows he cares because most owners wouldn’t do that. Marcus has really put together a great team and they’re truly changing the health and wellness world.

My muscle imbalances and nagging injuries are becoming a thing of the past and I am engaged and improving every week. These guys are at the top of the curve in terms of understanding exercise science and applying it in the right way to the right athletes. Totally impressed and recommend everybody get exposure to the individual design.
