Low stress, not intimidating at all, everyone is super nice and helpful. The instructors really pay attention and help you. I've gone from dreading the notion of working out, to actually looking forward to my weekly workouts! Thank you AW crew.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym! I have been coming here for a few years and I can’t believe it has taken me this long to write a review! Robbi and the AW Trainers are amazing. They are motivational, fun and knowledgeable. The workouts are never the same and are consistently challenging. AW also communicates the ever changing COVID a guidelines to its members and focuses on making sure everyone is staying healthy and safe. Highly, highly recommend this local gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym if you live in the area. Nice locker rooms, free classes with membership, and a cool loyalty program. Peak hours can be pretty busy though.
