Experiencia fantástica: Very clean. Friendly staff. Highly recommend! I enjoy my workouts there!

Experiencia positiva: Lifted weights here 6 days a week for over a month. The staff is fantastic here. Mantas and Donna were both especially hospitable and it was great to be greeted by them every morning! Equipment wise, they have pretty much anything you’d need. Squat rack/bench press, dumbells (light and heavy), a small yoga studio for warmups and stretching, cable machines, cybex machines, and even a hex bar. Also a smith machine which I tend to avoid so I can build my stabilizing muscles (:D). I went around 10am and it was somewhat busy most days, completely empty occasionally, and SUPER full occasionally. At times I did struggle a bit to find adequate space to lift comfortably, but this depends on what time you lift/what movements you are doing. For example id show up at 10am to a packed gym and it would clear out almost entirely by 11am. Lastly, most people do not wear masks, but that isn’t entirely surprising given we’re in Florida, and there aren’t mandates in most places. Overall, not lavish or luxurious by any means, but it’s got everything you’d need as well as fantastic staff, making it the best place to workout on Sanibel. Cheers!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place for a good workout to start my day during vacation. They offer weekly and monthly packages for those visiting, which has been AMAZING. Not a huge gym, but has what you need and its never too crowded. Very friendly staff. Good rates. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice facilty. This is the place to go on the island. Very nice staff. Very clean and they have anything you could want to workout. I went today and will be going every day left on my vacation. Fantastic.

Experiencia positiva: It's an island fitness club. It's not Powerhouse or LA Fitness. That said, staff was friendly, equipment was clean, and proper steps were taken in respect to covid. Solid place to go for a week pass to make sure you get something in whole you're on vacation. I'd come back.
