Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to OC Mauy Thai for 3 months now and have been really enjoying it. Coach David is great! He's always teaching us new things and is just challenging enough for me to have a good workout. Shout-out to coach Rob for easing us in as newbies!

Experiencia fantástica: First and foremost, OC Muay Thai is for people who are committed to change their lives. Coach David, who manages the Muay Thai portion, really cares about his students and is very friendly( Same with the other coaches but I mostly do Muay Thai for now). He would always give out texts on how I’m doing whenever I don’t show up for a couple of days because of work. He cares about the basics and fundamentals, and how it is performed. The tiniest details but important details nonetheless. I could say more about OC Muay Thai but I believe it is worth the try if you’re trying to change your life for the better. Whether it is for weight loss, self defense, or trying something new, etc
