Experiencia fantástica: This is not your typical gym. While it does possess all the great qualities any good gym should have - it's clean, it's safe, and the trainer (James) is knowledgeable and motivating, this gym and coach present so much more. His group classes always have a fun twist and make us move in ways we didn't expect. The variety of equipment keeps it fresh and allows us to experience new techniques and exercises. His personal training sessions are customized to meet my specific goals and abilities, and always has me achieving better results than the session before. I can definitely say that I've never worked harder than in this gym. But what sets JB Barbell apart from other gyms is James' relentless drive to make sure we have fun and connect as a community. We motivate each other IN class and also manage to have fun and support each other outside of class - it truly feels like a family. Not just with one or two members, but with all of them.

Experiencia fantástica:  When I first decided to start working out regularly, I thought it would be a chore, and really boring. I'm really happy that's not the case when I train with James. I really look forward to every session I have. He's very energetic, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I'm constantly trying new workouts, and it's always new and exciting. He's always pushing me to do better, encouraging me when I have doubts and answering all my questions. The gym itself is great, big open space with everything you need, and always clean. I'll always recommend anyone looking for personal training to go to JB Barbell
