Experiencia fantástica: Awesome CrossFit gym! I pop in time to time when I’m in town. I’ve known the owner since highschool. He’s a great instructor! He shows you proper form and explains in detail the benefits of every exercise. Super motivating and friendly! My sister comes in on a regular basis and she’s lost over 75 lbs.
