A big one to me is she dedicates every minute of your session to you & she also listens carefully to your needs and works with you on your needs. I have been there for three months now and I am very blessed to have found VIP fitness I feel great not only physically but emotionally and mentally this has helped me a lot I highly recommend this to anybody if you’re like me that hate gyms you will love this gym the fact of being a one on one all women center is amazing.

V is down-to-earth, encouraging and fun in her approach. Before moving to Sebring I worked with other personal trainers and know when someone is just going through the motions versus V’s customization. My primary goal in seeking out a personal trainer was to get my body in overall shape before impending hip revision surgery. Nine years ago I fractured my right femur falling off my bike and had a partial hip replacement. I’ve always been active but with increasing age and arthritis settling in, the wear-and-tear activity is necessitating the revision surgery. V is ever vigilant in making sure I get a great workout while paying attention to my hip issue and making sure I am comfortable with a rigorous workout. I always feel better after my hour with V. If you are looking for a safe, clean, enthusiastic and fun place to get in shape or maintain your fitness, you’ve found it with V and VIP Fitness Center.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so thankful that I found V's independent powerhouse! I have been working out on my own with no guidance and wasn't getting to where I wanted to be. Vashti is amazing with pushing me harder, getting the most out of my time at the gym. She has a wonderful clean space, she is very professional and listens to what I have to say about my workouts. If something isn't working out for my body she will modify it or change up what we are doing. I'm very happy with the progress I've made so far. Vashti knows what she is talking about and it shows in every aspect of my workouts with her. Highly recommend.
