Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this studio. Everyone is so accepting and nice, the instructors always create such a peaceful and wonderful vibe when I take classes. I started here because it was one of the few places around with Kundalini yoga and I tried the other classes and fell in love with the other instructors as well. Phoenix (the owner) is so wonderful and I highly recommend this studio.

Experiencia fantástica: Go here and try a reformer class! And barre! It is so much fun. Phoenix is hilarious and approachable, and it's easy to follow along. As someone who is not the most coordinated, I never feel self conscious in this setting, whether it's barre, yoga, or reformer classes. If you're looking for something low impact for your joints that's still a challenge, try this studio out!!
