The coaching staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the space is large and well-organized, and they have basically every imaginable piece of training equipment. I was stoked to find a place like this in Smithfield and will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Super clean and has some special pieces of equipment that you don’t commonly find in commercial gyms like reverse hypers, GHDs, specialty bars, etc. Coaches are knowledgeable and helpful to any training style or goal you have. 24hr access is the icing on the cake if you’ve got a busy schedule and can’t make normal times.
