Experiencia fantástica: This gym has brought so many positives to my life - health, family, friends. TAH's community is very welcoming and is truly committed to bettering the health of each of it's members through physical activity, nutrition and by surrounding them with positive influences! I have met SO many people here that will be with me for the rest of my life! I am so glad that I got over the fear and intimidation of what I thought CrossFit was. I couldn't imagine my life without CrossFit or without this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Just an amazing place you can be 5-75 years old and they make you feel at home. The workouts are customized to your ability level so you never have to worry about doing something that's going to hurt you. If you want to get in shape and feel like a million bucks give it a try! I'm 46 and in the best shape of my life!!!
